Product Introduction:

The CK6730 series high precision comb type CNC lathe adopts a flat bed base structure with

flat-mountain type hardened guides. It is equipped with a hydraulic hollow rotary cylinder, draw-back spring collet, and dovetail comb type tool post for convenient tool adjustment and rapid, accurate tool changes. The tool post plate includes an automatic material-pulling device, enabling automated machining through the CNC system. Users can optionally configure a Y-axis side milling servo power head plus comb tool post or Y-axis side milling servo power head plus 8-station hydraulic turret to achieve turning-milling composite machining.

Features:

1.The spindle bearing use precision angular contact ball bearings in a front-three/rear-two layout, with dynamic balancing correction and run-in testing for low temperature rise, minimal thermal deformation, smooth operation, and stable accuracy.

2.High-speed hydraulic rotary cylinder and draw-back collet ensure reliable workpiece clamping.

3.The secondary supporting bearing of X / Z- axis ball screw adopts special angular contact bearing, with small heat deformation and high feeding accuracy.

4.X/Z -axis adopts servo motors directly coupled to ball screws, guaranteeing high precision transmission.

5. X/Z-axis employ hardened guides for high rigidity, low damping, high precision, and smooth operation.

6. High-performance centralized lubrication ensures timely lubrication of bed guides and screws.
